Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 29th January, 2026 in paragraph 3 at page 2 in the third line mentioning the words "the petitioner is suffering from Recurrent Depressive Disorder (RDD)" instead of "the petitioner's daughter is suffering from Recurrent Depressive Disorder (RDD)".

The words in paragraph 3 at page 2 in the third line of the aforesaid order be read as "the petitioner's daughter is suffering from Recurrent Depressive Disorder (RDD)" instead of "the petitioner is suffering from Recurrent Depressive Disorder (RDD)".

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. 5.

The other portion of the order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of the order dated 29th January, 2026.
