By the order impugned in the present appeal the learned single Judge permitted the writ petitioner/appellant to hold the sit-in-demonstration on 13th October, 2023 between 12 noon and 05.30 p.m. on the service road in front of Sourav Academy on the terms indicated in the order.

In course of hearing, the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties inform us that pursuant to the order impugned in the present appeal the sit-in-demonstration had already been held.

In view thereof, no further interference is called for in the present appeal.

The appeal and the connected application are, accordingly, disposed of.
