From the said report it appears that the case record of MR No. 46 of 1997 arising out of TR Case No. 209 of 1998 was disposed of and the case record was destroyed.

Under such circumstances the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned trial Court for information and necessary action.
