The petitioners are confirmed Assistant Teachers in Primary Schools under the District Primary School Council, Bankura; they are praying mutual transfer.

The representations of the petitioners to the said effect are pending before the Chairman of the said Council, the respondent no. 6 herein.

The said respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said representations in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. W.P.A. 25621 of 2024 is disposed with the above terms, without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to be admitted.
