Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. The last of the ordersheet dated 22.08.2023 reflects that the next date was fixed on 5th January, 2024. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar would take steps by informing the superior officer for submitting the death report of Sri Supravat Govinda Mani. Kasba Police Station would ensure such report be submitted on the next date.

If the petitioner faces any difficulty within the court compound, he will report to the learned Judicial Magistrate who would pass orders in accordance with law.

The order dated 22.08.2023 reflects that the learned advocate for the accused nos. 1,2,3,4,5,8,9,10,13,14,15 & 21 are present and they have preferred a revisional application being CRR 753 of 2023. In case there is no interim order in the said proceedings, the learned Magistrate would proceed with C. Case No. 4679 of 2022 in accordance with law without granting any adjournment to any of the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4062 of 2023 is disposed of.
