Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the de facto complainant and the State.

Perused the case diary.

It appears that this Court had earlier allowed anticipatory bail applications for some of the accused and rejected the application for anticipatory bail for some others.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged role ascribed to the present petitioner, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
