This is a contempt application arising out of an order passed by a Hon'ble Judge of this Court who has since been retired. Thereafter, during the Covid period on 26th March, 2021, a direction to file report by the alleged contemnor was passed by another Bench of this Court and by a subsequent order dated 9th April, 2021 time to file such report was extended by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Today, Mr. L.K. Gupta, learned senior advocate for the alleged contemnor submits that the report is

ready and he prays for an adjournment to file the report in the form of an affidavit. Such prayer is allowed. This matter will appear under the heading "Contempt Application" on 19th July, 2021 at 2 p.m. Mr. Gupta is requested to supply a copy of the report in the form of an affidavit to this court and also to Mr. Biswaroop Bhattacharya, learned advocate for the petitioner by 16th July, 2021.
