Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Petitioner had absconded for a considerable period of time. On such score, his bail prayer was rejected in March, 2023. Thereafter, co-accused who are on bail were not attending the Court and delayed the proceeding. 3.

Under such circumstances and as there are materials connecting the petitioner with the murder, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
