It appears that during pendency of this revisional application opposite party no. 1, Nyma Khatun was expired and an opportunity was given to the petitioners to take appropriate step in the event of death of the said opposite party no. 1. But no step has yet been taken on behalf of the petitioners. It further appears that the present revisional application is pending since the year 2008. It appears that the present petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the present revisional application and as such there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/3252/2008 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
