It appears that the instant application is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for passing a direction upon the learned Land Acquisition Tribunal, 2nd Court, Suri at Birbhum to dispose of the Land Acquisition Execution Case No. 1/2013 within a reasonable period of time.

It appears that the instant application is listed in the year 2015 and since then it is pending in the list. Anyway, if the said Land Acquisition Execution Case has not been disposed of in the meantime learned Land Acquisition Tribunal is hereby directed to dispose of the same within one month from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/3585/2015 is hereby disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Land Acquisition Tribunal, 2nd Court, Suri at Birbhum immediately.
