Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. He submits victim did not suffer injury.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a close relation of the victim. Victim has not been examined as yet. In the event, petitioner is released on bail, there may be an adverse impact on the victim who is closely related to him. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
