The petitioners pray for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 195 OF 2018, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas.

It is submitted that the arguments were over but the judgment has not yet been delivered.

Considering the submissions, the prayer of the petitioners is innocuous. Neither party stands to lose if a proceeding is disposed of expeditiously. In fact, such expeditious disposal shall enure to the benefit of the parties. Hence, there is no requirement for service of prior notice upon the opposite parties.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with a request upon the learned Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the communication of this order upon allowing parties to advance further arguments, if necessary.

Accordingly, this revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
