Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the family members of the petitioners also suffered grievous hurt. Minor daughter of the first petitioner suffered a fracture.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, there is no reflection in the case diary with regard to the counter complaint. She draws the attention of the Court to the medical report of the injured in the police complaint. She submits that four persons suffered injuries, one of which suffered fracture injury.

One of the persons involved in the present case, suffered grievous hurt.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as appearing from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 5283 of 2022 is dismissed.
