The petitioner has applied for intra district transfer from South 24 Parganas to North 24 Parganas on the ground of the distance. The petitioner has not completed 5 years since initial appointment in July, 2021. 3.

In those circumstances, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner. W.P. No. 24368 of 2023 shall stand dismissed.

The dismissal of the writ petition shall not prevent the petitioner from applying for transfer on special grounds.

There will be no order as to costs.
