Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim bail on 19th of December, 2024 and from time to time the said interim bail has been extended.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the bail prayer of similarly placed accused person has been rejected in CRM (M) 1193 of 2025. I have taken into account the fact that the present petitioner in on interim bail and there are no adverse report against him.

Having considered the same, I do hereby confirm the bail earlier granted on 19.12.2024 on the same terms and conditions as was imposed while granting the interim bail.

Accordingly, CRM (DB) 3544 of 2025 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
