Petitioner has relied on Aadhaar card and PAN card in support of his plea of citizenship. None of the aforesaid documents are conclusive of proof of citizenship. Under the aforesaid circumstance and in view of the nature of allegations, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
