27.11.2025 Court No.28 Item No.78 ssi CRM (A) 3691 of 2025 In Re: - An application for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Suraksha Nagarik Sanhita in connection with Raghunathganj Police Station Case No. 894 of 2025 dated 12.07.2025 under Sections 329 (4)/ 117(2) / 118(1) /118(2)/ 109(1) /3(5) of the BNS.
And In the matter of: Nobir Sk. @ Mabir Sk. & another. ....Applicants/Petitioners Mr. Jisan Iqubal Hossain Ms. Chandrima Debnath ...for the petitioners Mr. Aniket Mitra Ms. Sreetama Das ...for the State Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Perused the case diary.
It appears that four persons were injured in all. Some of them suffered cut injuries on their heads.
Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report and the statements of victims and other witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
