Perused the case diary.

This is a case where the victim suffered gunshot injury. It is alleged that this was done to threaten the witness in respect of an earlier case.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses and the alleged victim and the injury report, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
