In re : CRAN 1 of 2024.

1. The petitioner was granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench by an order dated October 16, 2023, inter alia, on the condition that he shall report to the Officer-in-Charge, Bamangola Police Station once in a week until further orders.

2. The petitioner says that he has scrupulously complied with the said condition. However, the said condition is causing great inconvenience to him. He seeks waiver of that condition.

3. From the report filed by the State, we do not find anything adverse regarding this petitioner. He seems to have been complying with the bail conditions scrupulously.

4. Accordingly, we allow the petitioner's prayer. The requirement of the petitioner meeting the Officer-inCharge of the Bamangola Police Station once in every week is dispensed with. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.

5. CRAN 1 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
