It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that it duly applied before the West Bengal Nursing Council as well as before the Directorate of Health Services, West Bengal seeking the necessary permission.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that though those applications were made as a long back in the month of January, 2023, till date, no steps have been taken by the said authorities. In view of the aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon West Bengal Nursing Council and the Director of Health Services, West Bengal to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order. WPA 24394 of 2023 is disposed of.
