The special leave petition was registered as Civil Appeal No. (853 of 2025) which is finally disposed of on 20th January, 2025 upon setting aside the order impugned in the instant appeal and restoring the parent order dated 26th April, 2024. Since the order impugned in the instant appeal has already been set aside by the Apex Court in the aforementioned appeal, this appeal has become infructuous and accordingly dismissed.
