The competent Labour Court should hear the grievance of the petitioner.

Consequently, he does not want to press this application any further.

Accordingly, WPA 25096 of 2025 is dismissed.

This shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
