Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

The police case is registered on March 11, 2019. The police filed charge sheet, inter alia, invoking the provisions of Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. In view of the long absconsion of the petitioner and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5288 of 2022 is dismissed.
