1. CAN 1 of 2025 has been preferred praying for recalling of the order dated 20.06.2025 by which the civil revision was dismissed for default.

2. The application for restoration has been filed on 30.06.2025 and as such is within time.

3. On hearing of the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the cause shown being sufficient, the CAN application 1 of 2025 is allowed.

4. The order dated 20.06.2025 is hereby, recalled and civil revision 3653 of 2024 is restored to its own file and number.

5. Petitioner is directed to serve upon all the opposite parties and file affidavit of service on the next date fixed.

6. Matter be fixed in the monthly list of March, 2026.
