From the written instructions dated May 23, 2023 passed by the Senior Divisional Security Commissioner/Railway Protection Force (RPF), South Eastern Railway/Kharagpur, it appears that the petitioner being a Head Constable has been removed from service with effect from May 16, 2023. Therefore, the question of a premature order of transfer dated November 1, 2022 being effected on the petitioner, does not and cannot arise any more.

In such view of the matter, W.P.A. 24981 of 2022 is disposed of.

CAN 1 of 2023 is also disposed of.
