Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned State counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 3 to 8 submits a police report dated November 8, 2024, issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Kharagpur Local Police Station, Paschim Medinipur, the same is taken on record. Mr. Sanjay Saha, learned advocate appears for the respondent no.2.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition, WPA 25490 of 2024 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate proceeding in accordance with law on the selfsame cause of action.
