Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 80 days and similarly placed accused persons have been granted bail. Petitioner has been evading the process of law for a considerable period of time since 2023. Petitioner's name appeared in the statement of the injured as is reflected from the case diary. I have seen the injuries. Having considered the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2217 of 2025 is dismissed.
