This Court vide order dated 16 September, directed the learned advocate representing the State-respondents to obtain instruction relating to release of provident fund dues in favour of the petitioner.

Today, Mr.

Susanta Pal, learned advocate representing the State-respondents has submitted that the entire provident fund dues have already been released in favour of the petitioner and in support of the same the documents have been placed before this Court which are taken on record.

The petitioner is represented by the learned advocate.

In view of release of provident fund dues it appears that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, the writ petitioner stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
