Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in April, 2023. Case involves a grave offence of kidnapping for ransom. Delay in the matter is due to abscondence of coaccused. Pursuant to direction given by this Court in earlier bail applications, steps have been taken for apprehension of absconding accused but to no result. 3.

Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
