Perused the case diary.

It is alleged that the dowry demand, torture and assault happened within a year of marriage.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses and the alleged victim and the injury report, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner who is the husband of the alleged victim.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
