Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an application for general transfer was made by the petitioner before the Teacher-in-charge, Mahula Junior High School, Mahula, but the Teacher-incharge has failed and/or neglected to consider the same. Learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that District Inspector of Schools cannot proceed without the no objection certificate from the Teacher-in-charge of the concerned school.

The Teacher-in-charge being the respondent no.5 in the instant application is requested to consider the application for general transfer of the petitioner dated 27th August, 2018 and pass a reasoned order at an earliest preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner to the concerned Teacher-in-charge.

The writ petition being WPA 24367 of 2018 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
