He further submits that he has instruction from the widow of the petitioner that she does not want to be substituted in place of her deceased husband.

2. The written instruction received by Mr. Bhattacharya from the petitioner's wife in this regard, is taken on record.

3. It is needless to observe that in view of such situation, this writ-petition has abated.

4. Office is directed to take note of this fact and act accordingly.
