The petitioner by the instant writ petition is praying the following Writ of Mandamus:- "A Writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the respondents, their agents, servants, sub-ordinance employees and/or assignees, particularly the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to demarcate the plot of land of the petitioner which is required for construction of ROB and its approaches in lieu of level crossing No.21/SPL/E at KM 338.000 of NH-60 in the district of Birbhum, West Bengal and to pay the fair market price for acquisition of the plot of land of the petitioner with structure by deducting the lower amount of compensation already paid to the petitioner for 1/3rd portion of his land with structure which is situated at MouzaAbdarpur, Dag No.
