It appears therefrom that the competent authority of the department has been pleased to accord approval in favour of the petitioner for his appointment in the post of Group-D vacancy under the appropriate Exempted category in PRI setup in the district of Birbhum.
The District Magistrate has been requested to take necessary steps for issuance of appointment letter in favour of the petitioner after observing due formalities.
As it appears that the order of the Court has been substantially complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the instant contempt application.
The District Magistrate, Birbhum shall take all necessary consequential steps pursuant to the communication dated 7th February, 2022.
The communication dated 7th February, 2022 be retained with the records.
The contempt application stands disposed of.
