This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the proceeding in G.R. Case No. 1714 of 2008 arising out of N.S.C.B.I. Airport Police Station Case No. 47 of 2008 dated 10.07.2008 under Sections 420/468/471 read with Section 12 of the Passport Act.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
