1. The petitioner is aggrieved by absence of investigation into FIR No. 645 of 2022 dated 2nd November, 2022 under Sections 420/406/468 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. The petitioner claims that Sections 409/464/467/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code ought to be added in the FIR. This Court is of the view that the Investigating Officer of the case shall consider the same.

3. The petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer of Baranagar Police Station on Saturday i.e. 20th May, 2023 at 2:00 P.M.

4. The petitioner shall produce all the documents relating to the investigation deeming the same as response to the notice under Section 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

5. The IO shall carefully consider all the documents and conduct investigation expeditiously and complete

the same within a period of 45 days from date mandatorily and positively.

6. The report of Baranagar Police Station dated 25th December, 2022 in the form of instructions addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta filed in Court today be taken on record.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
