Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner entered into an agreement for sale with the private respondents for purchasing a flat. The agreement was entered on 29.01.2023. A sanction letter was issued on 30.01.2023. On the basis of the same, a loan was disbursed by the bank. Yet, the private respondents sold away the property to a third party. Police did not entertain a complaint. A direction was passed under Section 156(3) of the Code upon an application filed by the petitioner. But, the investigation is not being done properly. The accused has not been arrested.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents denies the allegations and submits that they were granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on a report and submits that as would be evident from the writ petition itself, anticipatory bail was granted to the private respondents. However, the investigation has been concluded and a charge-sheet has been submitted against the accused.

Therefore, no further order needs to be passed on this writ petition.

However, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the proceeding.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
