This is an application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated 23.07.2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Bankura in connection with SC Case No. 21(11)11.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
