2. The matter was thereafter mentioned by the private respondent saying that pendency of the writ petition was harming the private respondent, who is an award holder. The matter was accordingly listed on February 4, 2026. The petitioner again went unrepresented and the matter was directed to be listed today marked "For Dismissal". Today also there is none to represent the writ petitioner.

3. In such view of the matter, WPA 22824 of 2019 stands dismissed for default. No costs.
