Re: CRAN 1 of 2009 (Old CRAN 3008 of 2009) None is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. The matter is pending for more than 13 years. Instead of adjourning the matter suo motu I am inclined to dispose of the same based on the materials available with the record. This criminal revisional application challenges the order dated 21st January, 2009 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Diamond Harbour, DistrictSouth 24-Parganas in Misc. Case no. 379 of 2005 under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code. By the impugned judgment learned trial court was pleased to grant a sum of Rs. 8000/- towards maintenance of the petitioner in the said proceeding and a sum of Rs. 7000/- for the maintenance of her minor son.

Since after filing of this application, none appears to support the petition, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order impugned.

With this, the criminal revisional application stands disposed of. Accordingly, the application CRAN 1 of 2009 (Old CRAN 3008 of 2009) is also disposed of.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
