Das ...for KMC The petitioner's grievance is that he filed Forms 'A.75-1' and 'A.75-2' before the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to indicate a change in tenancy with respect to premises No. 10/2/1, Kashi Nath Mullick Lane, Ward No. 43, Division XV, under the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. However, no action has been taken by the Corporation to update the inspection book following the submission of these forms. The petitioner further alleges that despite making repeated representations, no corrective steps have been undertaken by the Corporation.

In view of the above, I hereby direct the Chief Manager (Revenue) (North), Kolkata Municipal Corporation, respondent No.

4, to consider the petitioner's representation dated July 22, 2024, appearing at page 17 of the writ petition, in accordance with law, after affording

the petitioner an opportunity of hearing. Respondent No. 4 shall pass a reasoned order, which shall be communicated forthwith.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 25682 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
