It appears that the appellants had prayed for several adjournments and also had not pressed the application for amendment.

Further prayer was made by the appellant that a fresh amendment application be allowed to be filed. Such prayer was also allowed.

If the decree holder has proceeded with the execution, it is upon the petitioner to approach the learned lower appellate court and pray for stay of the execution. Such prayer will be considered in accordance with law.

The revisional application is thus disposed of. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
