For the State The petitioners complain of failure of the State respondents in taking action against the illegal operation of a brick field being conducted by the private respondents at the subject premises.

Mr. Siddiqui appears on behalf of the State and submits that though there are private disputes between the petitioners and the private respondents, running of operation of the brick field must be in accordance with law only. He further submits that in the fact of the instant case it appears that the private respondents have not taken necessary permission and also have not complied with the statutory formalities in running operation of the brick field.

In view of the submissions made on the behalf of the State respondents, W.P.A. 22836 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to take steps in accordance with law in respect of the grievance of the petitioners. The respondent Nos. 3 and

4 are directed to take immediate steps for closure of illegal operation, if any in the running of the concerned brick field. Such exercise is to be completed within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 22836 of 2019 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
