The criminal revisional application and its enclosures in a case under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code expressly disclose the name of the victim. Accordingly, the revisional application cannot be entertained. Petitioner would be liberty to file afresh. Needless to state, this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.

Accordingly, CRR 4074 of 2023 is dismissed.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the advocate on record of the petitioner on the same being replaced by photostat copies.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
