This Court is of the view that since the matter is of the year 2007, the petitioner may, have, has lost his interest in the matter.
Accordingly, the instant writ application shall stand dismissed for default.
Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
In view of the dismissal of the main writ petition, the connected application being CAN 1898 of 2008 shall also stand dismissed.
There will be no order as to costs.
All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
