2. It is seen that since 2022, the petitioner has not argued the matter on merits.

3. The petitioner did not file affidavit of service pursuant to the order dated 21.11.2022. On 4th August, 2025 the petitioner remained absent. He is absent today also.

4. Thus, it appears that either cause does not survive or the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

5. Even otherwise, in relation to the grievance arising out of MGNREG Scheme, the petitioner has alternative remedy before the appropriate forum.

6. Thus, we are not inclined to keep this PIL any further in the docket.

7. Accordingly, this PIL is dismissed for want of prosecution with the liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
