We have heard the learned advocates for the parties. We are satisfied that sufficient reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application for condonation of delay. Hence, delay is condoned and the application being CAN 4 of 2024 is allowed.

The order dated 30th April, 2024 is recalled and the appeal is restored to its original file and number. Accordingly, CAN 3 of 2024 is allowed.
