Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

The principal accused has been granted bail.

Petitioners are not the principal accused. Keeping in mind the complicity of the petitioners in the crime, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners for progress of the investigation is not necessary.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S. Petitioners shall appear before the Court below and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date. 7.
