None appears on behalf of the respondents despite service.

The petitioner intends to be appointed as a Primary School Teacher. She is a reserved category candidate. She qualified in the TET (Upper Primary), 2015 examination.

She has made a request to the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission by a letter dated 17th October, 2019 praying for enlisting her name in the merit list. The petitioner submits that there is no response from the end of the respondent authority.

None appears to oppose the prayer of the petitioner.

As it appears that the prayer of the petitioner is pending consideration before the Secretary, West Bengal Central School Service Commission accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2, the Secretary, West

Bengal Central School Service Commission to consider the representation filed by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The said respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner and all points are left open to be decided by the aforesaid respondent at the time of consideration of the representation of the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 17th October, 2019 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
