Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' father was a civil post holder. It is submitted that the writ application has wrongly been filed before this Court and the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata has the jurisdiction to entertain the present writ application. The petitioners seek leave to withdraw the aforesaid writ application with liberty to file afresh.

Since, the petitioners do not want to proceed with the aforesaid writ application, let the same be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to proceed on the self-same cause of action before the appropriate forum. In view of the dismissal of the instant writ application, the connected application being IA no. CAN 1 of 2022 also stands dismissed.
